This country wide public school system, was often noted for its large size, budget, and varying locations. Because of these obstacles, the school system wanted an outside vendor to manage and achieve their set objectives.
SGS Technologie was able to provide help desk, a network support for this large multiple district school system. A solution tailored to fit their needs included thirty certified SGS technicians to lend support to the help desk. And a certified network administrator for support. Also included; was hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, configuration and end user support.
