Statement of Work (SOW) / Purchase Order Issuance:

SGS welcomes the opportunity to do business with the State of Texas and other eligible customers through the Cooperative Contracts Program. Should you have a need for our services, you may contact Karthikeyan Lakshmanan.

Please review the following process for executing a procurement from the DIR DBITS contract:

DIR Guidelines for obtaining quotes and placing Purchase Orders (DBITS - Customer Process for Submitting SOWs):

• SGS Technologie (Vendor) will respond in writing to a Statement of Work (SOW) issued by Customers (State Agencies or Government Entities) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Contract.
• All resulting Purchase Orders must reference DIR contract number DIR-CPO-5964.
• Vendor will only respond to SOWs for Technology Categories awarded under this Contract.
• No work will begin until the Vendor receives a fully executed Purchase Order.
• Customers will negotiate pricing directly with the Vendor based on the Customer’s Statement of Work.
• Customers may negotiate SOW terms and conditions as long as they do not conflict with the DIR DBITS Contract.
• Vendor will perform all work in compliance with both the DIR DBITS Contract and the mutually agreed Statement of Work.
