In a criminal case, the prosecutor acts as a plaintiff on behalf of the citizens or state. In addition, there may several witnesses along with other stakeholders in the case. Combine all participants with the long list of case proceedings that are heard every day in courts across the U.S! <BR/>\n <BR/>\nThe absence or late arrivals of a single participant could jeopardize the entire proceedings. Moreover, it could be difficult for jury members to always be ready for case hearings, as their dates could get intertwined. SGS Technologie has the right solution for this! We have developed a web application named eNotify, with which all persons who are parties to a Court case of a Court event can receive notice of cancellation or rescheduling, a reminder about an upcoming filing or payment deadline, information of billing, and/or any other notification or reminder associated with a court event or case. </P>\n\n<P>Registered users of the app can get electronic notifications about the updates in a single court or updates of all courts of the region. Our application will ensure that all legal participants receive relevant updates within schedules. There will be no delays, space for errors and mismatch of information. They will be delivered in the form of emails and/or phone messages. The core aspects of our product are:</P>\n\n<P><STRONG>Intuitive User Interface</STRONG> - All the features can be accessed with ease. The e-notify application is powerful and feature-rich. It operates uniformly on any platform and enables great user experiences along with easy access.</P>\n\n<P><STRONG>ADA Compliance</STRONG>- The system fully complies with all ADA and WCAG 2.0 guidelines. Its features include text readers, organized layouts and automated chatbots to help users navigate accurately. </P>\n\n<P><STRONG>Identity Verification</STRONG>- The application will automatically verify the details in the backend. </P>\n\n<P><STRONG>Unlimited Subscriptions</STRONG>- Subscriptions can be made for updates on �n� number of cases. A different email or phone number can be used by users for subscribing to each case.</P>\n\n<P><STRONG>Comprehensive View </STRONG>- The dashboards of each admin can be customized according to individual preferences. Such dashboards then can get to know the total number of registered users and number of emails/texts sent as well as that failed to be sent.</P>\n\n<P><STRONG>User-Mapping</STRONG> - Admins can map cases with specific users and/or map users with specific cases. This can be useful for users with disabilities or people with less technical knowledge.</P>\n\n<P><STRONG>Targeted Messages</STRONG> - The app�s admins can schedule message delivery to targeted groups whenever required. These messages can be on a commonly customized template or on specially customized templates for each court.</P>\n\n<P><STRONG>Reports</STRONG> - Admin can view reports such as reports per county, drill-down reports and reports of bounced contacts. Reports per county indicate the count of text/emails sent and/or failed in a county while Drill-Down reports indicate the count of texts/emails sent. Reports can also be seen on the number of individuals who opted out of receiving notifications and other information. </P>\n\n<P>There is a lot more to the custom application we developed.
