Computer Security Technical Specialist

 

Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Greeting visitors
  2. Managing security and telecommunications systems
  3. Experience with digital marketing and blog writing would be a huge plus!
  4. Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
  5. Transferring calls as necessary
  6. Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
  7. Managing meeting room availability
  8. Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
  9. Preparing vouchers
  10. Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing
  11. Recording and maintaining office expenses
  12. Handling travel arrangements
  13. Coordinating internal and external events
  14. Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
  15. Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
  16. Assisting the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and termination processes
  17. Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception a
  18. Good telephone communication etiquette
  19. Organized and resourceful
  20. Customer-focused
  21. Active listener
  22. Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking
  23. Ability to handle office equipment (e.g., the telephone system,  printer and the fax machine)
  24. Fast and eager learner

Receptionist Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or GED
  2. Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications or business
  3. Experience with digital marketing and blog writing
  4. Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems
  5. Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typin
