ADMINS:

  • Administrators may export and print list of updated speakers any time.
  • Administrators can update speakers’ personal info without deleting the entries and reregistering.
  • They can re-order speakers for an agenda item.
  • Dashboard option provides awareness of completed meetings immediately.
  • Administrators can limit the yield time given to any speaker.
  • Administrators can also decide on the number of yield times that can be given to a speaker.
  • Administrators are provided with quick and easy agenda configuration.
  • Administrators will receive the complete speakers list and details when the meeting is closed.
