SGS developed a web-based application to create meeting agendas and allow public speakers to register themselves for these meetings. This can be done on the spot even without internet access. Once connectivity is restored, the details will be stored online. The benefits can include saving of time and more accuracy in organizing meetings.

eNotify

This web app enables courts to handle bulk electronic notifications that could be sent in the forms of SMS and/or emails to subscribers who are parties to a Court case or a Court event. Notifications include notices of cancellation or rescheduling, reminders about an upcoming filing or payment deadlines and any other notification or reminder. The system enables the mapping of relevant cases to the accounts of end-users to receive notifications. Participants can register or sign up to receive notifications. These participants or users also have the option to opt out from receiving notifications.

Scheduler

We developed a web application to simplify the daily task of staff scheduling and assignment tracking. The focus was on delivering a scalable web-based tool that increases the flexibility of scheduling and integrates seamlessly into organizational workflows as well as processes.  Everyone involved in the scheduled task can be alerted with emails. Data also can be extracted in any desired format.  Our application provides an effective way to enhance resource management and reporting activities.

Vendor Management System

This is a web-based software tool developed which can act as a mechanism for government agencies as well as government departments to manage and procure contingent contractors. The ultimate result will be using the Right Resource at the Right Place at the Right Time. the task of managing multiple vendors becomes very transparent because of our vendor self-management module, and any number and size of vendor companies can take part.
