It is a web-based, application developed with the latest technology that creates meeting agendas and allows public speakers to register themselves for meetings. SMART™ provides easy registration. The Speaker's presence is validated by a check-in process and votes for agendas are handled systematically. Speakers’ minutes and the order can be managed by the administrator. The system will send out the cancellation message to their mobile and email when the meeting is cancelled. Participants are thus provided with an easy and risk-free process of registration.

• They can re-order speakers for an agenda item.
• Dashboard option provides awareness of completed meetings immediately.
• Administrators can limit the yield time given to any speaker.
• Administrators can also decide on the number of yield times that can be given to a speaker.
• Administrators are provided with quick and easy agenda configuration.
• Administrators will receive the complete speakers list and details when the meeting is closed.
