• This position will be fully remote however St Pete/Tampa highly preferred.  If outside of Tamp/St Pete please source from EST or CST.

This role will be responsible for assisting the day-to-day data operations in the Legal Department with a focus in data management and reporting.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to gather and synthesize large volumes of data from diverse sources across the firm and consolidate into actionable and reportable metrics
• Ability to run detailed reports within the matter management system (Passport experience a plus)
• Assist with the development of monthly and quarterly business metrics and provide operational analysis through reports and dashboards
• Must be able to work independently and manage multiple overlapping projects with tight deadlines
• Respond to daily ad-hoc requests from multiple sources
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of data analytic or operations experience, ideally supporting the Legal team at a Financial Company (Preferred)
• Microsoft experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access) and must have advanced working experience with Excel
• Experience with legal billing and/or matter management software is preferred
• SQL and/or Cognos reporting experience is strongly preferred

Associated Degree at a minimum, Bachelors Degree Preferred plus 4+ years of data experience
